During the holiday season (Late November through early January) please look at the longer side of the estimated delivery date to determine when you will receive your order. Remember that the estimated delivery date is estimated and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you want the item by a specific date, you will have to let me know before or at the time of ordering.

Shipping
USPS may have their own delays during this holiday season so please plan accordingly. The package may arrive later than the estimated delivery that Etsy gives out.

I do not have any control over the shipping once your order ships and I have the exact same information regarding your shipping status.

If you need something quicker, please select priority shipping AND notify me of your desired delivery date so I am aware of your selection.

While I package each item carefully with extra padding and DO NOT BEND stickers to avoid any damages, in some unfortunate cases the planners may arrive dented and wrinkled due to mishandling during the transit. First class shipping does not cover for the damage and I will NOT be sending replacement in such a case. If you would like additional insurance, please let me know OR choose priority shipping which comes with coverage of up to $100.
